Polite AI is a Jacksonville AI automation studio run by Demetrius. Every receptionist, automation and website is built by the same person you talk to on the first call.
Why Polite AI exists
Demetrius started Polite AI in 2025 with no technical background. He taught himself the full stack, from voice AI agents to workflow automation to websites, because he kept seeing the same problem: small businesses losing customers to missed calls, slow follow-ups and busywork, while the tools to fix it were built for companies with IT departments.
Polite AI closes that gap. We take the same technology larger companies use and set it up for local businesses in plain language, on the tools they already have, without long contracts or jargon.
The name is the standard. Technology should be genuinely useful to the business that pays for it, and it should treat that business's customers the way the owner would: promptly, clearly and politely.
